Ali Ardalan. Transient Amnesia

The exhibition” Transient Amnesia” has been conceived by artist Ali Ardalan in collaboration with curator Alba Baeza.

Personal storytelling often acts as a critical counterforce to the narratives articulated by dominant powers. The dialectical relationship between these two forms of storytelling becomes apparent in the five works presented in Ali Ardalan’s exhibition Transient Amnesia. In his artistic practice, Ardalan investigates the phenomenology of memory and addresses the potential of storytelling as a form of political resistance.
